Restored by the Marini family inside a 1926 Adolfo De Benedetti townhouse, Hotel Coppedè is the singular address in Rome's only Art Nouveau enclave — the place where every stay feels like a step into the city's living masterpiece.
Fourteen of our twenty‑seven rooms retain original Coppedè‑era frescoes, hand‑laid Liberty parquet, and Murano glass — the rest were composed in conversation with them. Each is its own small chapter of the townhouse.
Four starting rates, four room typologies. Direct bookings include breakfast in the courtyard, concierge welcome, and late check‑out on request.

“A Rome that feels lived‑in, not staged. The courtyard breakfast alone is worth the flight.”
The Quartiere Coppedè is a self‑contained pocket of Art Nouveau Rome conceived in the 1920s by architect Adolfo De Benedetti — fairy‑tale façades, wrought iron, and a quiet that the rest of the capital no longer offers. We are the only boutique hotel set inside it.
From our door, the rest of central Rome unfurls on foot: Piazza di Spagna in twelve minutes, the galleries of Villa Borghese in eight, and Termini Station in fifteen. We do not promise the Colosseum at our elbow — we promise a setting the Colosseum cannot offer.
Direct bookings receive our best available rate, breakfast in the courtyard, and a concierge confirmation within four minutes — along with restaurant reservations, private transfers, and a hand‑drawn map of the quarter.
